There is so much. So much to read. So much to absorb.
If you’re like me, you might be feeling addicted to the news. Checking all the time for updates. Nervously waiting for news that the nursery / school is going to be closed. Panicking about what will actually happen if that actually happens.
So, eventually your body starts behaving like it’s in panic mode. Anyone else feeling short of breath? Headachey? Heavy chest? Nervous tummy?
I wonder if we can,using EFT Tapping, let go of some of that, just a bit, today. Not all of it, you might want to hang on to some of it.
Tap through the points, whilst simultaneously acknowledging your feelings – both emotional, and physical. Take a big slow deep breath at the beginning, and let it go slowly, and with ease.
You may give yourself permission to feel all this stuff. Then give yourself permission to relax.
Remember – IT IS YOUR CHOICE! You can choose to relax. You can choose to let go of however much feels ok – maybe 5% of your panic. Maybe 10% of your stress. YOU get to decide!
At the end of your tapping sequence – move. Stand up. Take a big breath, and shake your arms. Wiggle your legs. Let all of that tension move out of your body – and say buh-bye to it all.
Rinse and repeat as necessary.

Drink lots of water, move more and remember – you can create your own tapping script for whatever you want, whenever you want.
