My one to one sessions are an hour long.

All sessions take place on Zoom, which is a video call similar to Skype. You don’t need to
download anything, I will send you a link to click on which will automatically connect you.

Zoom is much more flexible for us both, and it means you can be in the comfort of your own
home.

I offer a free clarity call where we get to discuss whether EFT is the right option for you.

I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, and it is usually a 12 week package.

I also offer group courses which run throughout the year. Please contact me for the next start date.

It depends very much on what's going on for you.

I usually work on a three month basis. but I also do shorter mini series which are 5 days in length.
