 Hi, I'm Louisa!!

Past Speaking Engagements

I’ve shared the stage and led sessions at:

Empower WIT Conference

Mind Body & Spirit Show (Panellist)

Bloom Network (Panellist)

Institute of Fundraising Convention

International Fundraising Conference, Amsterdam

Whether on a keynote stage or in an intimate workshop, I create a safe, empowering space for honest discussion and meaningful action.

You were a fabulous panellist for us. Thank you so much. There was so much positive feedback about you and people were telling me how much they loved your straight talking approach. I think they left feeling fired up to take control of their own situations & the team have already booked you for another one!

Louisa recently hosted a session for myself and my colleagues on the menopause and she was absolutely fantastic! She brought oodles of energy, great chat, and a cabbage (you’ll have to sign up to one of her sessions to find out why 👀). Louisa was super professional and thorough in her presentation – I also loved how she broke the morning up with activities too. It was really engaging, and I’d highly recommend Louisa to any company wanting to educate their team on the menopause and supporting their colleagues, loved ones, and friends going through it.

FAQS

We feel a bit awkward talking about the menopause - can you help?

I've not done any tapping before, does that matter?

Absolutely - one of my strengths is speaking about awkward and embarrassing things. There is never any "audience participation" required, so no-one will be expected to share their personal experiences.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

I'm worried about what 'might come out'. What happens if it makes me cry?

I'm based in Manchester, UK.  I can deliver either online via video (zoom/teams) or face to face in the North West.
I do travel throughout the UK, and will include out of area travel in my costings.

Is it just for women? We have some men who are interested in learning more.

I've tried everything, but I think I'm un-mendable. Will tapping work for me?
