When you finally feel listened to and validated - you'll be able to advocate for yourself at work and at home.
You'll be able to control your emotions so that you're able to ask for what you want, and explain how you feel.
You'll feel peace knowing that you're in control of everything. You won't be bowing to 'authority' instead able to question decisions and express your true feelings without worry that you'll lose control.
No space for contempt here.
Tapping on brain fog will have the added benefit of boosting your productivity - no more staring at your laptop wondering how on earth you used to do it all. Just getting on with your to-do list, without faffing. Or sitting them not knowing what to do.
Tapping on your rage will bring peace and calm into your system - no more crying tears of frustration at the state of the world, the injustice of the patriarchy and the lack of funding into women's health. Yes, we'll still know about that, but we won't carry it all day long with fury feeling incensed with rage. We may even be able to channel it into action - who knows!
Tapping on your overwhelm will bring massive relief - you don't have to do it all, but I know that you've been doing it all for so long that if you don't do it, who will? I get it. We get to take the pressure off, and tapping is the way forward.
