What even is courage? Does it resonate with you? Or is it something that other people have?

Psychology Today defines Courage as ”  a kind of strength, power or resolve to meet a scary circumstance head on “.

I define courage, as the choice to do something. It might be something as small, as choosing to try to feel better. It might be choosing to say something when you’re not impressed, choosing to say what’s on your mind. It might be choosing to shush your inner critic – or the sh*tty committee that congregates to tell you you’re not good enough.

” Like the Cowardly Lion, who constantly looks for courage outside himself, we may already be more courageous, more heroic, than we imagine. “

This group is for courageous women who KNOW that they’re ready a brilliant life. Whether that’s a more profitable business, a calmer home life, stronger confidence or the energy to do what you KNOW you are meant for.
