Here’s how to boost your energy naturally during menopause. EFT is a natural energy boost during menopause, so here’s how to do it. Literally, tap along and read what I’ve written, out loud or in your head.
First, tap on the side of your hand. (the bit just down from your little finger).
Even though I’m knackered, I’m going to send myself some love
Even though I’m absolutely knackered, I’m going to send my body some love
And even though I’ve got no energy, I give myself permission to relax.
Now, tapping on the points – tap about 6 times in each spot and move to the next one after each sentence.
(beginning of eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, under lip, collar bone, under arm and top of head).
I’m knackered
I’m so tired
I’m just really tired.
Exhausted.
This is how exhausted I am.
I’m wiped out.
I need to rest
I haven’t got the energy to do what I want.
I haven’t got the energy to do what I NEED to do.
It feels like I can’t keep up.
Too much to deal with.
Why am I so exhausted.
Is it really rest that I need
Maybe there’s too much stress in my life.
Maybe I need a break from all this stress
My hormones are whacked.
And I’m noticing just how much I’m dealing with.
Maybe I could let go of some of this stress,
And allow myself to relax a tiny bit.
Releasing some of this stress now
Release it from every cell in my body.
Allowing myself to relax a tiny bit more now.
Things don’t have to be perfect for me to relax.
It’s safe to let go of some of this.
I can get my energy back
Even if I don’t know how
I can use tapping to release stress.
I can feel relaxed and energised whenever I want.
Even when life feels crazy.
Letting go of this exhaustion now.
Feeling the energy coming back into my body
It’s safe to feel energised.
Strong and safe and confident.
Safe to take care of myself.
Take a breath – stretch up, wiggle your body, stamp your feet.
Now carry on tapping.
Visualise every part of your body being infused with energy.
Calm but full of energy and joy, unlocking this right now
With every tap, I release the stuff that’s weighing me down.
I have endless energy and I can feel that right now.
Safe, strong, confident and ready to be more energised.
Relaxed and ready.
I’m allowed to do this.
I’m the grown up and I get to choose how I feel.
Repeat that last section until you feel good.
