I am found.

I have been watching a LOT of Frozen 2 with my 3.5year old.

There is a song in it, called Show Yourself. Elsa has been hearing a calling, and she sets off on an adventure to find out where it’s coming from, and essentially, what the heck it is about.

Long story short: Turns out it’s her mum calling her home. And Elsa realises, she hasn’t been living her life the way she was meant to.

“Oh my darling, homeward bound.

I am found.”

So, my point is…

If there is something in you, that’s whispering you should listen. It might not be very strong. It might be a niggle. It might be a voice.

Call it intuition. Call it gut feeling. Call it whatever you want.

You should listen to it. If you’re longing to make changes, for something to happen. If you’re in a job that doesn’t quite fit anymore. Or living in an area that doesn’t feel like home. You should listen to it.

If you’ve got dreams. You should follow them. You are having these dreams for a reason.

Not everyone feels like this.

If you do, it’s because you’re being called to live your dreams. And that niggle ain’t gonna go away until you answer them.

Turn your dreams into reality. Into projects. Into activities. Turn them into real life. And my love, this is where the magic happens. Opportunities arise. People turn up. Ease and grace follows.

This might seem a bit namby pamby (what a phrase!) but I genuinely believe that the world needs more people living into their real self. Instead of going with the crowd, being numb. Waking up dead.

Oof, that got a bit harsh. But Don’t Wake Up Dead is one of my favourite sayings.

DON’T WAKE UP DEAD.

Follow your dreams. Start small. Aim high.
